Columbus, Ga. (October 2, 2024) – Let’s celebrate big: members of the public are invited to attend a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 2 p.m., celebrating a dream becoming reality with the completion of the Bill and Olivia Amos Children’s Hospital.

There’ll be guided tours and a turtle mascot naming contest reveal. The freestanding children’s hospital will officially open for patient care on Monday, Oct. 14. This project was made possible by generous community philanthropic support.
