Stockbridge, Ga. (December 20, 2024) – Piedmont Physicians of Stockbridge has provided outstanding care to the community at 919 Eagles Landing Parkway for years. On Monday, Dec. 16, they moved to a new, larger location at 350 Country Club Drive. It’s a short move, but one that provides up to seven physicians 5,000 square feet of space.
“This is an important move for our community” said David Kent, CEO of Piedmont Henry Hospital. “It allows us to add more physicians, and ultimately better serve more patients.”
The new office is part of Piedmont’s expansion of primary care throughout Henry County. In October, Anglyn Family Medical Center in McDonough announced their partnership with Piedmont. There will also be a new office built in Locust Grove by the end of 2025. With over 1,875 Piedmont Clinic physician practices, Piedmont cares for more than 4 million patients and serves communities throughout Georgia.
The physicians and providers who will open the new office on Country Club Drive are Sabrina Wyllie-Adams, M.D., Kabir Das, M.D., Hina Durani, M.D., Omotayo Akinmade, M.D., and Paula Armstrong, APP. The practice cares for teens and adults, and provides well visits, annual exams, sick visits, sports physicals, vaccinations, immunizations, and more.
“Our goal at Piedmont Physicians of Stockbridge is to care for patients and families at every stage of life,” said Dr. Wyllie-Adams. “When you can build a connection, trust, and a relationship over time, you can truly make a positive difference in the life of that family.”
Several of the providers have appointments available in the coming weeks and virtual visits are offered as well. The office is open Mondays through Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed on the weekends. Call 678-289-7700 or visit piedmont.org for more information or to book an appointment.
