The Children's Hospital at Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown Campus serves children from birth through age 21 and offers several specialized services.
In the Fall of 2024, the Bill and Olivia Amos Children’s Hospital will open to become the only freestanding children’s hospital in our region, dedicated to treating sick and injured kids in a child-friendly environment and positioned to deliver best-in-class children’s healthcare for years to come.

The Pediatrics Unit at Piedmont Athens Regional serves children from birth through age 18 and young adults. Our Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) provides developmentally appropriate play, preparation, education, and support for infants, children, adolescents, and their families to promote optimal psychosocial development and to reduce fear and anxiety associated with illness and heath care experiences.
