Mary Beth Kealy, a yoga instructor at Thomas F. Chapman Family Cancer Wellness at Piedmont, leads this gentle chair yoga session to promote relaxation and lengthen the spine. 

"You can do it anytime," Kealy says. Just make sure you are in a comfortable chair. Support your back, put your feet on the floor, and sit nice and tall. Now, you can work on the triangle of tension that we have in our head, neck and shoulders."
