At Piedmont Heart, we actively engage in leading-edge cardiac research, helping to identify and evaluate new diagnostic, preventive and critical care treatments and technologies.

The objective of the Piedmont Heart research program is to offer diagnostic and therapeutic options for patients that may otherwise not be accessible in routine clinical practice. Our cardiac research program is focused on the evaluation of novel devices and medications – many of which are not yet available outside of a clinical trial – for the prevention and treatment of heart diseases.
