At Piedmont Augusta and Piedmont McDuffie hospitals, we are often asked by our patients, “How can I say thank you to those who made a difference?” The Grateful Patient program is the perfect way to do just that. This program recognizes caregivers and shows appreciation for the transformational care you or a loved one received. Grateful patients and their families can play an integral role in our success, and your story is a reminder of our core purpose: to make a positive difference in every life we touch.

You can donate now to make a gift in honor of your caregiver or team of providers. Please be sure to select “Yes, this is an honor or memorial gift” and select “Yes, this gift is in honor of a Piedmont provider “and list the honoree's name on the donation form. If you wish, you may include a personal note of thanks to the caregiver or team who made a difference in your life. When you honor a team member in this way, your words of gratitude will be shared with them (and the amount of your gift will remain confidential unless you designate otherwise).
