Health Investment Funding & Sponsorship Request
As a non-profit healthcare provider, Piedmont Walton is committed to making a positive difference in every life we touch. In addition to providing health and wellness education and screenings, Piedmont Walton collaborates with organizations that are committed to improving the health of the communities we serve. We believe that partnering with like-minded organizations will positively impact lives throughout our region and we are pleased to support the vital work of local nonprofit and civic organizations.
To this end, Piedmont Walton is able to provide limited financial support via sponsorships to nonprofit and civic organizations focused in these areas.
All organizations seeking sponsorship funds must submit the application below. Requests should be for programs, initiatives and events that meet the following criteria:
- Consistent with Piedmont’s purpose and promise
- Align with Piedmont Walton’s health priorities as determined by the most recent Community Health Needs Assessment
- Promote wellness, healthy living and disease prevention for the general public
- Support equitable and inclusive access to care
- Address a target population in the communities we serve
- Support an underserved and underrepresented population and community
- Demonstrate effective program performance and financial responsibility
- Show measurable impact and outcomes
Sponsorship application requests should be made with a minimum of six-weeks-notice. Applications are reviewed and responded to within 30 days of receipt. Due to receiving numerous requests and having limited sponsorship funds, we regret that Piedmont Walton will be unable to accommodate every request.
