Unique Amenities and Features
The goal of the hospital’s design is to create a child friendly, therapeutic environment— a place that incorporates color, technology, architectural design and the senses to provide immediate comfort in a child’s mind. Locally-commissioned art, décor, interactive screens, wood features and attractive seating throughout that mirrors the beauty seen at the banks of the nearby Chattahoochee River provides a calm, healing space. There are dedicated safe spaces free from painful or scary procedures, spaces where procedures are allowed and spaces for education and play.
